Allan Grant is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) who has chosen to specialize in Intellectual Property including patents, trademarks, and other forms of intellectual property protection and enforcement. Mr. Grant's practice also includes domestic and international Patent & Trademark prosecution, clearance, maintenance, and enforcement work, portfolio development, strategic counseling, and proceedings before USPTO and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
